Here is one of my latest sales! Open Loop III, shown here, along with one other painting, Blue Mountain Web, are now part of the art collection at Capital One Bank. They were sold through Page Bond Gallery in Richmond, VA, and framed by Rick's Custom Frame. Capital One has been a long term patron of the arts and of my work in particular. Thank you to all those who work to support individual artists and make Capital One's collection so interesting!
Opening at Page Bond Gallery on Friday, December 11 is Architectured Water: Carol Mickett & Robert Stackhouse & Shimmer: A Group Exhibition, with a reception from 6 to 8pm. Carol Mickett and Robert Stackhouse work collaboratively, focusing on themes of water and interconnectedness. Shimmer features artists such as Tim O'Kane, Amy Chan, Jaydan Moore, Mira Hecht, Fiona Ross, Charlotte Culot, and myself. Please take a trip down to the Fan District in Richmond to the beautiful Page Bond Gallery to check out the show. It will run through January 16, 2016.
I recently traveled to Princeton, NJ for a private event hosted by the fabulous Veronika Haüsle-Kalabacos of Empty Space Productions. The evening featured several of my paintings, as well as the artwork of Paz Tarrio and chic jeans and accessories from the ABFits boutique in San Francisco, CA. A wonderful group of Princeton's art and fashion enthusiasts were in attendance—a good time was had by all!
