I am pleased to announce I have been awarded an artist residency at the Virginia Center for the Creative Arts. The VCCA is cradled in the rolling hills of Amherst, VA on 400 acres of Blue Ridge farmland. I will be attending in late summer, 2015. I am so excited to become part of a strong community of fellow artists who share ideas and support each other. I am confident it will bring my studio practice to new heights!
I am thrilled to be participating in AVIARY, a bird themed exhibit happening at the Washington ArtWorks Gallery in March. The show will feature a diverse collection of artwork that focuses on the versatility and splendour of birds.
