Washed Ashore: Art to Save the Sea Exhibit

Opening March 15 at the Science Museum of Virginia is the Washed Ashore Project exhibit, featuring a dozen giant sea life sculptures made entirely of plastic pollution. These beautifully designed marine life sculptures are constructed of marine debris collected through volunteer and community clean ups and transformed into powerful sculptures that help teach adults and children alike about environmental conservation and sustainability. The exhibit at the Science Museum will open March 15 and run through September 4, 2017. Do yourself a favor and go visit the show!
