I am participating again this year in the annual Postcards from the Edge exhibit, hosted by Visual AIDS, as I do most years. All artworks are postcard size works and are available for sale for $85 to benefit Visual AIDS.

Founded in 1988, Visual AIDS is a contemporary arts organization committed to raising AIDS awareness by producing visual arts projects, exhibitions, public forms, and publications. They also assist artist living with HIV/AIDS.

The exhibit will take place at Bortolami, 39 Walker Street, New York, NY, February 22-24, 2019. Preview party: Friday, 6 - 8pm. Sale: Saturday 10-6, Sunday 12 - 4. For more information, visit Visual AIDS' website.

Admission is free, with suggested $5 donation at the door. See you there!

If you are in need of last minute gift ideas, check out the beautiful holiday gift guide from Page Bond Gallery. There's a great selection of works for $1000 & under, including ceramics by Piero Fenci, works on paper by Jim Bumgardner, and paintings by yours truly (pg.57-59).

Opening today is Lovely as a Tree, a group exhibit at D&R Greenway Land Trust at the Johnson Education Center in Princeton, NJ. The show features a multitude of artworks that focus on the beauty and majesty of trees—surely something we can all celebrate! There will be an artists' reception Friday, Nov. 30, 2018 from 5:30 to 7:30 pm, and the show runs through January 25, 2019. (Mon - Fri, 9 - 5 pm) For the past 30 years, D&R Greenway Land Trust has been preserving land and sustaining native species in New Jersey. During that time, they have preserved over 20.000 acres of land. To find out more about D&R Greenway and their lectures, exhibits and other programs, click here.
